41 kohler stainless steel undermount sinks

so the home we recently bought has kitchen counters made by wilsonart, gibraltar model. i'm not entirely sure if this is a solid-surface veneer or if it is thicker. not sure what sort of substrate this has either. the backsplash is molded with the counter. the sink is a molded thing that the counter seamlessly connects with. we want to change this nasty thing to a stainless steel undermount sink. does anyone know if this is possible with these counters? Seems like this would be a relatively common thing to look for, but I sure can't find one approaching a reasonable price range. We don't have a dishwasher and are pondering a kitchen update. Currently, we have a 7" deep stainless steel double bowl sink. We use a dishrack beside it as well as one of those irritating plastic ramp things that drains the dishwater into the sink. We're not planning on a full remodel and are pretty greedy for cabinet space, so we don't have any plans to add a dishwa...

Looking for about a 32 or 33 inch long stainless steel kitchen sink, undermount single bowl.  What are some good options? I see some people rate Kraus KHU100-32 highly, but other reviews say they scratch and rust easily in the configuration I'm seeking. Also, some people are complaining the bottom of the basin is so flat it doesn't drain fully. Is there a more intelligent design that fixes the draining issue?
