I had the swivel head one that’s more common (and cheaper) and after about 4 years the swivel mount got so loose the motor would move around while mixing cookie dough, and one time the axle of the joint came almost completely out while mixing dough. They don’t make ‘em like they used to, sadly. Dropped $350 on a stand mixer, stopped working 1 month after the manufacturer warranty expired. Local options to repair exceed the price of the mixer, so I guess I have to take my chances with a a different brand, any suggestions?
